Event Liability Insurance is MANDATORY and must be appropriate to your event type. 

Liquor licences are also required if you plan to serve liquor for your event. Please check Schedule D for more information. 

The Facilities are provided “bare bones”. You are required to bring in your own supplies, cookware, cleaning products etc. 

We do not keep any diamond equipment on site (ie bases, bats, balls, lime.) You are required to provide your own equipment. 

Any ball diamond prep work is deemed responsibility of the renter and is to be done within your booked times. 

Rates are confirmed for one calendar year (starts at time of booking). 

For reservations greater than 1 calendar year in advance; rate changes are applicable and any changes will be noted in a confirmation email at the time the contract is sent.
